Marietta Cancels 4th Of July Parade And Fireworks
Marietta has cancelled all July 4th activities due to the coronavirus.

MARIETTA, GA — Due to the Coronavirus, the city of Marietta announced Wednesday that it has made the “difficult decision” to cancel all events scheduled for July 4, including the Let Freedom Ring Parade, festivities on the Square, and the fireworks show.
“This was an extremely hard decision to make, but it was necessary to keep our citizens, visitors, and employees of the City of Marietta safe. While we will miss seeing everyone on the Square, we look forward a fun announcement coming soon to keep the patriotic spirit alive in the City!”
