Marietta Hit-And-Run Critically Injures Texas Man

MARIETTA, GA —A 40-year-old Texas man was critically injured in a hit-and-run Sunday night at Delk Road near Interstate 75, Marietta Police said.

The crash took place around 11:45 p.m., when the man was walking along Delk and was hit by a white 1995 Ford F-150.

The driver left the scene, did not call 911 or try to help the man, police said. The Ford F-150 was last seen entering I-75 northbound from Delk, police said.

The man was taken to Wellstar Kennetone Regional Medical Center, where he was in critical condition.
