Marietta Ranked Third-Most Exciting City in Georgia

A prominent real estate website has released its list of the top ten most exciting cities in Georgia, and Marietta has made it into the top three.

According to Movoto, Marietta is the third-most exciting city based on its population of people aged 18-34, its high number of nightlife and music venues, its strong cultural heritage, and the large number of trendy restaurants that populate the city limits.

“One week in this fine city and she’ll steal your heart and make you want to move there. Actually, that would probably happen after just one meal at Seed Kitchen & Bar,” the list says.

Other factors considered by Movoto were the number of active life amenities per capita and the number of fast food restaurants per capita, with less being more in this category.

The top city on the list was Brookhaven, until recently a suburb of Atlanta. Atlanta proper, Duluth, and Kennesaw round out the top five.
