Marietta's 'Fashion Star' Leaves Show Disappointed

It was Mentor's Choice on 'Fashion Star' Tuesday night. Sarah Parrott designed faux wrap dresses, which she admitted she didn't like. Take a look and share your thoughts.

, of Marietta, got booted off Fashion Star Tuesday after designing faux wrap dresses, of which she said, “I’m not a big fan of my dress personally.” 

It was Mentor's Choice night, and her mentor was Jessica Simpson, who wanted her to create elegant dresses.

“I believe in her so much, but I do want to broaden her horizons” to get her into Macy’s and Saks, Simpson said on the show.

The mentors were trying to challenge designers to do something different to push them to the next level.

“Jessica really helped me figure out a clear vision of what I want to do, but now I’m not sure," Parrott said.

“I corked it big time on this one, and I know that," Parrott said.

"I loved the dresses you made yesterday, even if its not what the judges wanted theres lots of people that would wear it!" Fally DuCross wrote on Parrott's Facebook page.

"I'm pretty shocked Sarah Parrott went home tonight...she is one of my favorite designers I've come across in the last year," Amy Wray wrote on the page.

Parrott got a lot of flak for admitting she didn't like her design.

"Farewell to @sarahgparrott. You’ve got to consider yourself a talented designer before you can convince anyone else," Saks Fifth Avenue ‏(@saks) said on Twitter

"I believe in being honest but was @sarahgparrott TOO honest about not liking her dresses! Do you think she made a huge mistake? -Caprice," Macy's (@Macys) tweeted

"I wish @sarahgparrott had more confidence in her designs. Let’s see if she can pull through. #HMNikki" H&M USA ‏(@hmusa) tweeted
