Marietta Student Wins Scholarship, Will Attend KSU

Jelani Miller won $2,500 from the Champion Firm.

The Champion Firm, P.C., has announced the winner of the first annual Georgia Future Champions Scholarship. This $2,500 scholarship was offered to one Georgia high school student pursuing higher education at a two-year or four-year university in 2016.

Applicants were asked to create a short video and essay describing how they plan to become a champion and how the scholarship will help them reach their goals.

Jelani Miller was as the winner of the $2,500 scholarship. The firm says Miller expressed a sincere and enthusiastic interest in furthering his education and applying the lessons learned from his journey as a high school varsity wrestler to help him become a future champion.

Jelani will be pursuing a business degree from Kennesaw State University’s Coles College of Business.
