Marietta Woman Seriously Injured After Car Crashes, Lands In Creek
It is unknown why the woman's car veered off of the roadway Sunday, eventually landing into Rottenwood Creek, police said.
MARIETTA, GA — A 25-year-old Marietta woman is in the hospital with life-threatening injuries after her car landed upside down in Rottenwood Creek Sunday night, according to the Marietta Police Department.
Police said a 2017 Hyundai Elantra crashed around 10 p.m. across from the 1000 block of Franklin Gateway. The woman had driven off of the roadway and over a pedestrian bridge, police said.
The woman was taken to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital.

No other cars were involved, police said.
