More Cobb County Roadwork This Weekend

Here's a list of what the Georgia Department of Transportation will be doing on Cobb County interstates this weekend.

• On I-75, one southbound lane will close between SR 120 Loop/South Marietta Parkway and SR 280/Delk Road from 9 p.m., Friday until 5 a.m., Saturday.
• On I-75, a traffic pace will take place on the northbound lanes between SR 120 Loop/ North Marietta Parkway and the I-575 interchange from 8 p.m., Friday until 5 a.m., Saturday. The traffic pace will require motorists to drive 5 mph -10 mph to allow contractors to work across the interstate lanes.
• On I-75, two northbound lanes will close between the SR 5/Canton Road Connector and the I-575 interchange from 8 p.m., Friday until 5 a.m., Saturday.
• On I-75, one northbound lane will close between Chastain Road and SR 92/Alabama Road from 9 p.m., Friday until 5 a.m., Saturday.
• On I-75, one southbound lane will close between Windy Hill Road and Cumberland Boulevard from 9 p.m., Friday until 5 a.m., Saturday.
• Three lanes will close on the I-75 southbound ramp to I-285 from 9 p.m., Friday until 5 a.m., Saturday.
• A traffic pace will take place on the I-75 southbound ramp to I-285 westbound from 11 p.m., Friday until 3 a.m., Saturday. The traffic pace will require motorists to drive 5 mph -10 mph to allow contractors to work across the interstate lanes.
• On I-575, one southbound lane will close between Towne Lake Parkway and Ridgewalk Parkway from 8 p.m., Friday until 5 a.m., Saturday.
