More DOT Roadwork in Cobb County This Weekend
Check out this list of projects that will be underway this weekend -- weather permitting -- on I-75, I-285 and I-575.

Here's what the Georgia DOT has planned for Cobb interstates this weekend, weather permitting.
- On I-75, one northbound lane will close just before and after Wade Green Road from 9 p.m., Friday until 5 a.m., Saturday.
- On I-75, two northbound lanes and one southbound lane will close between SR 280/Delk Road and SR 120 Loop/ South Marietta Parkway from 9 p.m., Friday until 5 a.m., Saturday.
- On I-75, one southbound lane will close between SR 120 Loop/ South Marietta Parkway and SR 280/ Delk Road from 9:30 a.m., until 4 p.m., Saturday.
- On I-75, one southbound lane will close just before and at SR 120 Loop/ North Marietta Parkway from 8 p.m., Friday until 5 a.m., Saturday.
- On I-75, two southbound lanes will close between Cumberland Boulevard and Windy Hill Road from 10 p.m., Friday until 5 a.m., Saturday.
- On I-75, one northbound lane will close between Cumberland Boulevard and the I-285 interchange from 9 p.m., Friday until 5 a.m., Saturday.
- On I-575, one northbound and one southbound lane will close between Barrett Parkway and the I-75 interchange from 8 p.m., Friday until 5 a.m., Saturday.
- On I-575, one lane will close on the northbound on-ramp from Chastain Road from 9:30 p.m., until 4 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.
- On I-575, the shoulder will close on the southbound on-ramp from Bells Ferry Road from 9:30 a.m. until 4 p.m., Saturday.
- On I-285, one lane will close on the eastbound on-ramp from Cobb Parkway from 9:30 p.m., until 4 p.m., Saturday
