Motorcyclist Ejected During 2-Vehicle Crash In Marietta
The man's injuries were not life threatening, Cobb County Police said.
MARIETTA, GA — A 23-year-old man was ejected from his motorcycle after crashing into the back of a car Monday evening near Roswell and Willeo Rill roads, Cobb County Police said Tuesday.
The man was driving a black 2022 KTR 390 motorcycle westbound on Roswell around 6:15 p.m., when a white 2017 Mazda CX5, being driven by a 76-year-old woman, tried to make a U-turn at the Willeo Rill intersection in front of the motorcycle, police said.
The motorcycle crashed into the Mazda's rear, ejecting the man, police said. He was taken to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital with injuries that were not life threatening. Police said the woman was unharmed.
