No Charges Expected Against Driver Who Struck Boy on Bike

MARIETTA, GA -- Police do not expect to file any charges against the driver of a pickup truck that struck a 13-year-old boy on a bike Wednesday afternoon.

The boy is in stable condition, reports the AJC, after the incident at Roswell and Old Canton roads in Cobb County.

He was hit by the pickup when he and his brother were crossing Old Canton Road. Both were inside the crosswalk when the driver turned from Roswell Road onto Old Canton.
