Pedestrian Fatality: Police Asking For Help Identifying Victim
The man stepped into the path of a Nissan Rogue Monday night.

MARIETTA, GA — Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man who stepped in front of a vehicle Monday night and was killed.
The crash happened on Powers Ferry Road, just west of the Chattahoochee River. Elizabeth Darby of Marietta was driving her Nissan Rogue when the man stepped into the path of the vehicle.
The victim was taken to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital, where he later died. Darby wasn't injured and isn't facing any charges in the incident.

The Cobb Medical Examiner’s Office hasn't been able to identify the man. He is described as a white male, 6’00” tall and 152 pounds. He has brown eyes and graying hair with a gray beard and mustache.
This pedestrian fatality crash continues to be investigated and anyone with information about it is asked to call (770) 499-3987.
