Rabbi Joseph Prass is new Rabbi at Congregation Ner Tamid

The Congregation Ner Tamid Board of Directors is pleased and honored to announce Rabbi Joseph Prass will be our new rabbi, effective immediately.

Rabbi Prass graduated from the University of Minnesota and the Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion and was ordained in 1999. He has been both a senior and associate rabbi, and the regional director for NFTY (National Federation of Temple Youth). Presently, he is the Jewish Community Engagement Manager at the Breman Jewish Heritage Museum responsible for bringing Holocaust and Jewish education to synagogues, organizations, and schools. Rabbi Prass will maintain his position at the Breman while serving as Congregation Ner Tamid's rabbi.

Rabbi Prass will be leading Shabbat Services this Friday at 7:30 at our Congregation where you can meet him after services and will olso be at our Picnic in the Park this Sunday from 1pm-3pm at Swift Cantrell Park in Kennesaw. All are welcome to come and meet our new Rabbi.
