Three Cobb Schools Make U.S. News Top High School Rankings

The U.S. News 2016 Best High Schools ranking places 7 metro Atlanta schools in Georgia's top 10 schools.

Three Cobb County schools are among Georgia's top 20 in the 2016 edition of the prestigious U.S. News and World Report ranking.

Walton High School was ranked No. 10, while Lassiter High School came in at No. 14 and Pope High School was No. 19.

U.S. News has released its rankings of 21,000 public high schools across the country.

  2. Columbus High School, Columbus
  3. DeKalb School of the Arts, Avondale Estates
  4. Savannah Arts Academy, Savannah
  5. Davidson Magnet School, Augusta
  6. Alpharetta High School, Alpharetta
  7. Milton High School, Alpharetta
  8. North Gwinnett High School, Suwanee
  9. Chattahoochee High School, Alpharetta
  10. Walton High School, Marietta
