On the north side of Atlanta, several builders are well known. Historically, a Chatham Built home has been highly coveted. Unfortunately, Chatham did not 'build' many homes personally. Chatham did develop communities and approve builders to build in his communities, so a Chatham Built community is generally high quality. There are always exceptions. At least one current nationwide Builder uses 'structural sheathing' that is made of pressed paper/fiber and aluminum foil.
