According to WSB-TV, Javaris Crittenton pleaded guilty to voluntary manslaughter with a weapon and aggravated assault with a firearm for the Aug. 19, 2011 killing of Julian Jones and received a 23-year sentence as part of his plea arrangement. Prosecutors claimed that Crittenton was actually trying to shoot a man who had allegedly robbed him months before, but hit the mother of four instead.
