My rant this week deals with leadership. I can't get over leaders who don't lead. If and when you accept a leadership role you are to accept ALL aspects of that role, not just the ones you want.

Being a leader is a HUGE responsibility and whoever is fulfilling that role better be up for the task because if you aren't EVERYONE under you will fail. You are counted on to deliver and if you can't you'll bring whatever you are in charge of down in flames!!!
