• Obituary and funeral home: Thomas Randolph ‘Randy' Skipper, 63, of Monroe (monroelocal.org) — Friends and neighbors in Social Circle may know Thomas “Randy” Skipper through his coaching at Monroe Area High School, and his family is asking that memorial gifts support Abbey Hospice in Social Circle or the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. Visitation and a memorial service are being held this afternoon at 1025 Church in Monroe.
