Deputies Seek Hwy 78 Storm Drain Thieves

Zone 1
Arrest – Joshua Hudson was arrested on Lower Jersey Rd. in reference to an outstanding warrant.

Zone 4
Theft – Two white male subjects were observed acting suspiciously on the side of the roadway on Hwy 78 near Edmonson Rd. The subjects were gone when Walton County deputies attempted to confront them. An arrest warrant was issued for Kevin McCrobie and Roger McCrobie for stealing storm drain plates from the median of Highway 78.

Burglary Attempt – A door was kicked in at a residence on Bradley Gin Rd. No entry was made into the residence.

Unsecure Premises – The back door to a vacant residence was found open on Sims Bridge Rd.

Zone 5
Extra Patrol – A subject driving a blue Jeep Wrangler was reportedly harassing a subject on Bullock Bridge Rd.

Arrest – Whitaker Antalek was arrested on Old Zion Cemetery in reference to DUI.

Safety Check – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Lee Peters Rd. at Etchison Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at Walker Park Elementary on Carl Davis Rd.

Domestic Violence – Janeen Colwell was charged with Battery after a dispute on Old Zion Cemetery Rd.

Suspicious Activity – Noises were heard in the woodline behind a residence on McCullers Lane in the McCullers Acres subdivision.

Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at Youth Elementary School on Centerhill Church Rd.

Damage – A vehicle was vandalized on Giles Rd.

Domestic Violence – Alayah Smith was charged with Disorderly Conduct after a dispute on Ansley Forest Court.
