On your mark, get set, SHOW! It’s time for the 8th Annual Classic Car Show presented by BB&T Insurance Services held on Saturday, March 16th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. This classic event is held every year in historic downtown Monroe with participants coming from all over the state of Georgia. All Cars participating in the show will be set up on Court Street, Midland Avenue, and Washington Street near the Historic Walton County Courthouse.
Contestants and guests will enjoy a special appearance by Sam Memmolo, host of Two Guys Garage on the Speed Channel and the popular radio show Sam’s Garage. Guests will also be able to enjoy classic rock and roll by DJ Mustang Charlie. Downtown restaurants will be on hand at the food court serving both breakfast and lunch.
The 8th Annual Classic Car show is sure to be a great time for family and friends to come together and enjoy classic cars in beautiful downtown Monroe. As an intro to the spring season, come and enjoy this family-friendly activity, spend time walking around downtown, and seeing one-of-a-kind cars.
