Hitachi Automotive in Monroe Seeks Production Manager

Due to recent expansion, Hitachi Automotive in Monroe is seeking a Production Manager to join the team in the Monroe, GA facility.

Qualified Applicants will possess the following: 

• Four year degree in a technical field is required.
• At least 5 years demonstrated leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience in CNC machining.
• Automotive industry and/or Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Must possess a good understanding of production scheduling, capacity planning and Kaizen activities.
• Highly organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
