"Markets of Monroe" Grand Opening This Weekend - One More Reason To Shop Monroe For Antiques

Anyone who loves antiques in metro Atlanta and surrounding areas knows Monroe is the place to shop. The large malls with unique dealers, one-of-a-kind treasures, and prices that rock, make Monroe a shopping destination for collectors, decorators, antique dealers and folks looking for unique gift items or something special for their homes.

Now Monroe has one more great location to add to its list of fabulous places to shop. Markets of Monroe has its grand opening this Saturday.
Located in the heart of the Monroe Cotton District, Markets of Monroe is owned and managed by the same friendly staff as its sister company, Hodge Podge Art, Antiques and Interiors, located right next door.

Markets of Monroe is located in the Old Walton Cotton Warehouse built in 1910, where its handmade brick lends to the perfect antique shop ambiance.  The 10,000 square foot building is well lit, with wide aisles and a comfortable layout, easy access, and free parking.

Markets of Monroe is an antique shop with a twist. In addition to the many dealers who bring new treasures for shoppers daily, Markets is a design center offering custom upholstery, drapery, rugs, lighting, lamp repair, art from Georgia artists, pottery by local Georgia potters, and decorative accessories.  The shop has partnered with local craftsmen to offer refinishing, repurposing and redesign services.
