Night Deer Hunting, FedEx Truck on Fire, Salesman Refuses to Leave

Zone 1

Unsecured Premises – The side door to a business off Highway 138 was found open. Nothing appeared missing and the business was resecured.

Zone 3
Illegal Hunting – Two subjects were found night hunting on Snows Mill Rd. The deer was located and the situation was turned over to the Department of Natural Resources.

Zone 4
Arrest – Willie Smith was arrested on Mountain Creek Church Rd. for an outstanding warrant.

Fraud – Income tax fraud was reported on Shadow Wood Drive.

Zone 5
Entering Auto – Two vehicles were entered on Alexis Way. Several items were reportedly missing from the vehicles.

Vehicle Accident – A vehicle accident occurred on Watson Fain Trail; driver and passenger were transported by EMS.

Theft Report – Debit card fraud was reported on Orchard Circle.


Zone 6
Trespassing – Several subjects were issued written warnings for Criminal Trespass after being observed at the Rock Quarry on Anslee Lane in the Anslee Lakes subdivision.

Vehicle Fire – A Fed Ex truck caught fire on Highway 138 at Cannon Farm Rd.

Dispute – A salesman refused to leave a business located on Hwy 78. The subject was gone when Walton County deputies arrived on scene.

Suspicious Activity – Several citations were written for subjects trespassing at the Rock Quarry on Angie Court.

Zone 7
Arrest – Chelsea Miller was arrested after a dispute on Bypass Rd. for an outstanding warrant out of Rockdale County.

Theft – A battery was stolen out of a vehicle while parked at a residence on Vista Way.
