Activity date: April 16, 2015 – April 20, 2015

Zone 1
Unsecured Premises / Suspicious Person – Flashlights were reportedly seen in an abandoned house by neighbors in the area of Whitehead Rd. Residence was checked. Everything okay.

Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Youth Jersey Rd. Residence checked. Everything okay.

Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a business on Hwy 138. Business checked. Everything okay.

Zone 2
Nothing reported.

Zone 3
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Laura Dr. Alarm was accidentally set off by homeowner.

Theft Report – A 6 X 10 enclosed trailer was reportedly stolen from a residence on Hwy 78 during the night.

Accident – A light pole was struck in the parking lot of Harmony Elementary School.
No injuries.

Agency Assist – Walton County deputies assisted Monroe Police Department with a large crowd that was fighting in the area of Towler St. in Camptown Gardens.

Arrest – Gary Smith was arrested for DUI, Running a Stop Sign and No Drivers License on Person following a traffic stop in the area of North Broad St. and GW Carver Dr.

Accident – A single vehicle accident occurred in the area of Snows Mill Rd. and Mt. Carmel Church Rd. Driver was transported for injuries received. Georgia State Patrol handled the accident.

Zone 4
Extra Patrol – Extra patrol was requested in the Green Acres area due to speeding vehicles.

Arrest – Rony Harvey was arrested for DUI in the area of Walton Rd. and John Deere Rd. following a traffic stop.

Suspicious Vehicle – A primer, Ford F100 was found parked on location at Prospect Church. Vehicle appeared to have run off the road. No contact made with owner. Everything okay.

Arrest – Taderio Davis was arrested for DUI and Possession of Marijuana in the area of North Broad St. following a traffic stop.

Zone 5
Arrest – Destiny Garrett was arrested for Disorderly Conduct at a residence on Bold Springs Rd. following a dispute.

Arrest - Joshua Currie was arrested for Battery and Cruelty to Child at a residence on Bold Springs Rd. following a dispute with his girlfriend.

Suspicious Person – A male subject was walking around the neighborhood in the area of Valley Ct. Walton County deputy made contact and transported subject to Gwinnett County Line to get a friend to pick him up. Subject was issued a criminal trespass warning and advised not to return to the area.

Damage to Property – A vehicle at a residence on Shiloh Oak Dr. was reportedly keyed.

FYI – A red, Dodge Charger with a South Caroline Plate with red and white lights was reportedly stopping vehicles in the area of Hwy 81 and Bold Springs Rd. Area was checked. No contact.

Safety Check- Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Piney Grove Rd. and Summit Ct. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

Discharging Firearms – Firearms were reportedly being discharged in the area of New Hope Church Rd. Walton County deputies checked area. Subject at a residence was target practicing. It was determined to be at a safe distance from the roadway and other residences in the area.

Discharging Firearms – Firearms were reportedly discharged in the area of Bold Springs Rd. Area was checked. No contact.

Suspicious Vehicle – A Chevrolet Impala reportedly occupied by two black males was seen driving in the area of Meadow View Ln. They reportedly left the area in a hurry when approached. Area was checked. No contact.

Arrest – Antonio Hendricks was arrested in the area of Hwy 11 at the Waffle House for Driving while License Suspended following a traffic stop.

Fraud – A scam via Craigslist was reported in the area of Troy Smith Rd. Subject was reportedly trying to buy vehicle from Craigslist. Address to where car was being sold from was reportedly a vacant lot.

Suspicious Person – Subject(s) with a spotlight and a smaller light were reportedly in the wood line in the area of South Cross Lane Rd. Area was checked. No contact.

Suspicious Person – A loud noise was heard by resident owner at 7:00 a.m. around the outside shed. When resident owner returned home later in the day the door to the shed was open. Shed was checked. Everything okay.

Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Watson FainTr. Residence checked. Everything okay.

Zone 6
Theft Report – Ten Catalytic Converters have reportedly been stolen since 03/28/2015 until present.

Damage to Property – Someone reportedly drove through the front yard of a residence on Thompson Rd. Damage was caused to the lawn and mailbox. Incident occurred during the night. Extra patrol was requested in area due to speeding vehicles.

Arrest – Mohammad Anwary was arrested for an outstanding warrant at a residence on Arbor Dr.

Arrest - Walter Kuhling was arrested for DUI Drugs, Endangering a Child while DUI, Failure to Dim Headlights, Possession of Schedule II and Schedule IV Drugs following traffic stop in the area of Centerhill Church Rd. and McCullers Rd. Wendy Herndon was also arrested for Possession of Schedule II and Schedule IV Drugs.

Fire Assist – The Fire Department requested assistance at the scene of a fully engulfed outbuilding in the area of Youth Monroe Rd. Walton County deputy helped control subjects at scene while fire was being put out.

Suspicious Vehicle – A silver, minivan was reportedly seen at abandoned property in the area of Rabbit Farm Rd. Area was checked. Negative contact with vehicle.

Safety Check- Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Hwy 81 and Tom Brewer Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. Hannah Haralson was arrested for DUI and another traffic violation as a result of the safety check.

Assault – A male reportedly had a gun pointed at him by a male and female subject in the area of Youth Monroe Rd. Male subject’s keys were reportedly taken and two shots were fired in the air by the male and female subject as they left the area. Subjects were reportedly driving a gold, Infinity.

Zone 7
Arrest – Dante Jordan Casey was arrested on two outstanding warrants at a residence on Cannon Farm Rd.

Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Brookstone Ln. Residence checked. Everything okay.
