Suspicious Person β Subjects were observed acting suspiciously at a vacant residence on Dally Rd.

Damage to Property β A vehicle windshield was shattered while parked at a residence on Gatewood Way in the Crystal Brook subdivision.
Safety Checkpoint β Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Jacks Creek Rd. at Turkey Mountain Trail. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driverβs license, vehicle registration and insurance.

Chase β Andy Suggs was arrested on Shoal Creek Rd. after sliding into a telephone pole on Partain Rd. Suggs was attempting to elude Walton County deputies after a traffic stop.

Suspicious Person β A suspicious Asian male subject was observed driving a gold Chrysler minivan. The subject approached a teenaged female asking questions about a residence on Richmond Place in the Richmond Place subdivision.
Theft β A laptop was reportedly taken from a residence on Timber Trace Rd. A suspect has been named.

Suspicious Person β A subject was observed coming out of the woods on Arblay Place at Holly Ridge Drive.

Theft β Items were taken from a shed located at a residence on Bypass Rd.
Safety Checkpoint β Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Hwy 81 at Guthrie Cemetery Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driverβs license, vehicle registration and insurance. Clint Hargett was arrested for driving with a suspended license and for having an outstanding warrant.
Safety Checkpoint β Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Broadnax Mill Rd. at Youth Monroe Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driverβs license, vehicle registration and insurance. No arrests were made.
