Sheriff's Office Reports: Collision with Fire Engine, Subjects Armed with Bats, Arrest at Waffle House

Zone 1
Identity Theft – A report was made on Oak Ridge Drive in Oak Ridge subdivision in reference to money reportedly being fraudulently withdrawn from an account.
Zone 2
Entering Auto – A subject was seen entering a vehicle then running to the back of a residence on Willow Springs Church Rd. Nothing was taken from the vehicle.
Area Check – A complainant reported seeing lights on inside a vacant residence on Lemonds Rd. Walton County deputies checked the premises to find windows and doors secure.
Agency Assist – Walton County deputies assisted the Social Circle Police Department with a group of subjects armed with bats on Oak Drive.
Zone 3
Entering Auto – A report was made at a residence on Old Monroe Madison Hwy in reference to a vehicle battery being tampered with.
Arrest – Bruce Dell Jr. was arrested on Douglas St. for outstanding warrants out of Union County, Newton County and Fulton County.
Arrest – K-Sean Collins was arrested on Gene Bell Rd. for DUI.
Arrest – Juvenile was arrested on Magnolia Ridge in Magnolia Ridge Mobile Home Park for Underage Alcohol Possession.

Fraud – A fraud report was filed at a residence on Phillips Drive in Parker Estates.
Arrest – Corey McDonald was arrested on Hwy 11 @ Mt. Creek Church Rd. for driving with a suspended license.
Zone 5
Burglary Report – A Play Station game console was reportedly taken from a residence on Dogwood Dell Rd. A suspect has been named.
Recovered Vehicle – A vehicle was recovered on Etchison Rd. The vehicle was towed to the Criminal Investigations Division at the Walton County Sheriff’s Office.
Arrest – Victoria Adams was arrested on Bold Springs Rd. for DUI. The passenger, Jessica Stevens, was also arrested.
Vehicle Accident – A subject was life-flighted to Atlanta Medical Center after a two vehicle accident on Highway 81 @ Shiloh Drive.
Area Check – A Walton County school bus was found on Dillard Drive at Monroe Elementary School with the doors open and the ignition key hanging on the rear emergency door.
Zone 6
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Sunset Blvd. in the Grandview Estates subdivision. All windows and doors were secure.
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Victoria Park Drive in Victoria Park subdivision. All windows and doors were secure.
Vehicle Accident – An accident occurred between a vehicle and a fire engine while traveling on Hwy 78 at Cown Rd.
Extra Patrol – A black Honda Civic was reportedly casing the area of Hwy 20 around Jackson Mobile Home Park. Extra patrol was requested.

Arrest – Kathy Davis was arrested on Walnut Ave., at the Waffle House in Walnut Grove, for DUI.
Alarm – Walton County deputies responded to an alarm at a residence on Virginia Way in Jefferson Plantation. All windows and doors found secure.
