Nothing to Report

Zone 2
Suspicious Person – A shadow-like figure was observed in the backyard of a residence on Hickory Nut Way. Walton County deputies checked the area but nothing was found.

Damage to Property – A mailbox was damaged on Hickory Nut Way.

Zone 3
Suspicious Vehicle – Two subjects, a white male and a black male, driving a dark colored repo truck, were reportedly asking about a vehicle parked at a residence on Clearwater Way.

Firearms Complaint – Firearm shots were heard near the area of Stock Rd.

Zone 6
Assault – A subject was allegedly assaulted at a residence on Centerhill Church Rd.

Arrest – Pennie Poss was arrested on N Sharon Church Rd. in reference to an outstanding warrant out of Jackson County.

Zone 7

Safety Checkpoint – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Guthrie Cemetery Rd. at Old Hwy 138. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance.

Vehicle Fire – A vehicle caught fire while parked at the Dollar General on Hwy 81.


Missing Woman Found:
Susan Hankins was reported missing on October 20, 2014 by a friend. Ms. Hankins was found, unharmed, in Dekalb County early Sunday morning on October 26th. She reportedly left on her own. Thank you for your attention in this matter.
