“Turtle” is a fluffy and friendly guy! He’s got a great people-personality and that wispy flag of a tail is always wagging! He did great with a couple other dogs in the shelter, doing the normal sniffing and wagging and then going into play mode. He was picked up as a stray, but appears in good health.
