Suspicious Vehicle – A suspicious vehicle was observed at Sunset Auto Sales on Hwy. 138.

Zone 2
Vehicle Accident – A subject hit a tree on Monroe Jersey Rd. then ran from the scene; the vehicle burned. The subject was later found at Grady Hospital in Atlanta.

Zone 3
Theft – Jewelry was reportedly taken from a residence on Crystal Brook Way in the Crystal Brook subdivision.

Zone 4
Theft – A firearm was reported missing from a residence on James Huff Rd. Suspects have been named.

Damage to Property – A door was damaged at a residence on New Horizon Rd. Possible attempt to entry was suspected.

Safety Checkpoint – Walton County deputies conducted a safety check on Hwy 81 at Guthrie Cemetery Rd. Deputies checked for the required driving criteria: valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and insurance. Aaron Marsh was arrested for DUI.

Vehicle Accident – An 18 wheeler and a service truck were involved in a collision on Hwy. 81 near Walnut Grove Elementary School. The accident resulted in a large fuel spill and road closure on Hwy 81 from Jersey-Walnut Grove Rd. to the intersection of Hwy 81 and Hwy 138.

Damage to Property – A gate was damaged at a residence on Habersham Circle.
