Learn About I-85 Transit Plans

Has your daily commute in Gwinnett left you with road rage? Interested in learning about a study being done about light rail in the county?

The county, with the Gwinnett Village CID, Gwinnett Place CID and Federal Transit Administration, is hosting two community meetings to learn about the Alternatives Analysis study being conducted on public transit option along I-85.

 The rail would connect to MARTA in Doraville and extend along I-85 to the Gwinnett Arena.

Both meetings will have the same information. No formal presentation will be given so community members are asked to stop in at any time to meet with Gwinnett DOT and CID officials, as well as Atkins North America, consultants for the study.
