Car theft ring hit 25 vehicles with hacked key tool, warrants say (wsbtv.com) — Gwinnett police say a pair of suspects used a key-programming device to steal at least 25 Infiniti and Nissan Maxima vehicles, including four taken from the same stretch of road in Norcross over one May weekend. Norcross-area residents are urged to consider extra precautions like steering wheel locks, hidden kill switches, and RFID-blocking boxes as investigators work to determine whether more victims or suspects are involved.

Suniva Raises $835 Million To Expand Solar Cell Capacity To 5.5 GW (pulse2.com) — Solar manufacturer Suniva, which already runs a 1‑gigawatt solar cell plant in Norcross, has raised $835 million to build a much larger facility in South Carolina and boost total U.S. capacity to 5.5 gigawatts.
