The American American Academy of Nursing (AAN) recently announced nine members of the School of Nursing community are among its honorees.

The American American Academy of Nursing (AAN) recently announced nine members of the School of Nursing community are among its field of 2021 members selected for induction as Fellows.

The American Academy of Nursing serves the public and the nursing profession by advancing health policy and practice through the generation, synthesis, and dissemination of nursing knowledge. The Academy's more than 2,600 fellows are nursing's most accomplished leaders in education, management, practice, and research. They have been recognized for their extraordinary contributions to nursing and health care.

There will be a hybrid induction ceremony in October, allowing for maximum attendance through an inclusive format where colleagues, friends, and family members who may not be able to attend the event in person are able to participate.
