The Lakeside High School One Act Play competition team will present Once On This Island Jr., the story of Ti Moune, which tests the strength of love against the power of death. The musical is an abridged version of the Broadway musical, written by Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty(Seussical and Ragtime). The play will be presented on two different weekends, Saturday, Oct. 22 @ 7pm and Friday, Oct. 28 @ 4:30pm. Tickets are $5.00 and support the Lakeside Drama Club. The upbeat musical is approved for all ages. Directed by Mrs. Nicole Nappo, with Choreography by Cody Paille-Jansa, the production features junior, Lexy Clay, as Ti Moune, with a supporting cast of thirty more talented LHS students.
