Peachtree Corners Festival coming June 14 & 15, 2014
Join us for the Fourth Annual Peachtree Corners Festival, Saturday June 14th from 10 am-6 pm and Sunday June 15th from Noon-5:00 pm. Located on tree-lined The Corners Parkway at the intersection at Woodhill Drive, the festival is open to the public at no cost and has “free” on-site parking. No shuttle buses needed!
This year there will be even more fun! Lots of favorite arts and crafts vendors from previous years including Clutters, Mona Lisa Designs and Tower Road Gifts & Crafts as well as many new to Peachtree Corners Festival will be there. Plenty of yummy food from area restaurants such as Taqueria del Mar and Riverside Pizza, plus perennial festival favorites like King of Pops and of course, cotton candy, kettle korn, funnel cakes, popcorn and delicious Pearson Peaches! This year we will have a variety of Food Trucks as well! Musical entertainment will include returning favorites Grains of Sand, Three Way Street and Steel Dreamin’ Band plus some exciting new ones to enjoy. Lots of exciting inflatables and other fun activities will round out the Peachtree Corners Festival Kids Korner.

A stunning car and bike show will take place both days this year including collector cars and motorcycles 20 years and older on Saturday from 11 am to 3 pm. On Sunday from noon to 3 pm, cars and motorcycles both new and old, with special awards for Tuners, Imports and Exotics will be on display. Both days feature trained judges and special awards. You don’t want to miss the exciting “Drive Out” on both days at 4 pm where the classic cars leave the festival in a spectacular parade!
On Sunday morning the 3rd Annual Peachtree Corners Festival 5K/1K Run honoring Father’s Day beginning with the 5K at 9 a.m., the 1K at 10 a.m. and the Tot Trot (ages 6 & under) at 10:15 a.m. with the awards ceremony for the 5K at 10:30, followed by a church service provided by Simpsonwood United Methodist Church on the Peachtree Corners Festival Stage. Also on Sunday only, the McCain Agency-Nationwide Insurance will have a driving simulator with NASCAR Experience along with their real NASCAR!

The Peachtree Corners Festival was created to raise funds for the beautification of the largest and newest city in Gwinnett County and to support the education of our youngest citizens. And as a benefit, we all get to have some good old-fashioned entertainment!
