PEACHTREE CORNERS -- This past week's Atlanta Tennis Championships drew some of the world's top tennis stars. Along with this year's champion, Mardy Fish, we were treated to world class tennis from the likes of John Isner, James Blake, Lleyton Hewitt and a host of others.
But the week was also about the thousands of spectators who came to enjoy the week's activities. The lineup featured a 10-and-under play day for kids using the QuickStart Tennis play format to help introduce kids to the game.
ALTA Night, a USTA Member Appreciation Day a Wheelchair Tennis Clinic and Exhibition were featured during the week and all week ATP Tour players hosted autograph sessions.
