Cold Beer Here! Get Your Cold Beer Here! Peachtree Corners Festival Offers Beer Garden for 1st Time

Big, big news from the Peachtree Corners Festival! For the very first time, we will have a beer garden, thanks to Peachtree Corners Growler!!! You don't want to miss this historic event, June 14 and 15, 2014!!!

Here are the ground rules set up by Peachtree Corners Growler owner Steve Hamlet to be sure the Peachtree Corners Festival remains a fun, safe, family event:

Each guest will start at the identification table where they must provide legal proof of being of age to consume alcohol. Once the guest is carded the workers will place a tamper proof wristband on the guest's right wrist. The guest will then purchase his or her drink tickets. The options will be one beer for $5.00 or two for $9.00. He or she will receive their clear plastic drink cup with a PGC logo on one side and the PC Festival logo on the other. The guest will then move to one side of the beer trailer and a worker will explain the available choices and pour a 10 oz beer in exchange for one drink ticket. The guest will then exit the trailer area to enjoy his or her beer anywhere within the designated area. If the guest purchased two tickets the guest will bring their beer cup back to the trailer where the worker will ensure the guest has a wrist band and will pour the second and final 10 oz pour in exchange for another ticket. PGC will be set up to except cash and all major credit cards at the event.

There will be clearly posted signage at all entry/exit points of the designated area alerting guests that no alcohol is permitted beyond that point. In addition the traffic control volunteers will also be in place to monitor for alcohol and inform any guests that may attempt to remove alcohol from the designated area. Furthermore, the workers at the identification table will brief guests about the general rules and procedures of consuming alcohol at the event along with addition signage at the beer trailer. There will also have some additional workers on hand to help out in any way if needed. All PGC workers will be easy to identify as they will be wearing PGC logo shirts.

Peachtree Corners Growler will be the sole sponsor of the beer trailer and will be making the selections of which beers will be offered for sale. Eagle Rock Distributing is loaning the beer trailer and all the beer will be purchased from Eagle Rock's portfolio.
