Gwinnett Tech To Break Ground on North Fulton Campus
Classes are projected to start in north Fulton in January 2016.

Gwinnett Technical College next week will break ground on its new north Fulton campus.
The groundbreaking is set for 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18 at 2875 Old Milton Parkway in Alpharetta.

Gwinnett Tech’s main campus is locate at 5150 Sugarloaf Parkway in Lawrenceville.
The new campus in north Fulton will add college credit classes to the college’s offerings in the county. The first campus building, one of three planned, is three stories with approximately 95,000 square feet and will include classrooms, labs and administrative space.

When built out, it’s anticipated the campus could serve 10,000 students. Gwinnett Tech has been serving north Fulton since 2010 and now offers continuing education, adult education and dual enrollment for high school students.
