Noble Fin Will Open May 23
The anticipated restaurant will be in the old Dreamland barbecue location in Peachtree Corners.
PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA -- Peachtree Corners' most eagerly anticipated restaurant has an opening date.
Noble Fin, Jay Swift' Mediterranean-influenced American cuisine restaurant, will open May 23, the eatery announced on its website.
Opening time will be 5 p.m., the post said.

The owner of 4th & Swift in Old Fourth Ward, Swift has been working on the Peachtree Corners restaurant for quite a while.
It was originally scheduled to be opened by the end of 2015, but was pushed back due to delays.

Noble Fin was named one of the Atlanta food scene's most-anticipated new restaurants by Atlanta Eater in March.
It will be located at 5260 Peachtree Pkwy., in the former Dreamland barbecue location.
The restaurant began advertising for employeesin late March.
Jeb Aldrich, Swift's son, will move over from 4th & Swift to run the kitchen at Noble Fin, which is described as "contemporary American and Mediterranean-inspired." Its menu will focus on seafood, steaks and pasta.
