• Fuller expands constituent services across district (daily-tribune.com) — Rockmart residents will have a chance to meet directly with U.S. Rep. Clay Fuller’s staff when his new County Connections mobile office visits Rockmart City Hall on October 2 from 9 a.m. to noon. The program brings help with federal agencies and casework into communities across the 14th District, with additional stops planned in nearby counties through October. Constituents are encouraged to attend for in-person assistance.
   

• 2026 GPB Sports All-Prospects Team (gpb.org) — Rockmart football fans will be glad to see wide receiver Gavin Green named to the 2026 preseason All-Class, All-State Team, putting the local standout among Georgia’s top players. The statewide GPB Sports All-Prospects list also spotlights many other highly recruited high school stars as the new GHSA football season kicks off.
