Roswell police received "numerous complaints that there was illegal activity" occurring at A Spa, which is located at 1195 Grimes Bridge Road Suite 5, said spokesperson Lisa Holland.
Based upon those complaints, the agency embarked on the undercover operation. During that initiative, officers were able to establish "probable cause" that all three employees at the business were taking part in various acts of prostitution, Holland added.

Two employees, Duluth residents Ki Nu Jordan, 51, and Hui-Chu Sandve, 48, were each charged with prostitution and giving massages in place used for lewdness, prostitution, assignation or masturbation for hire.
Norcross resident Yi Na Steely, 70, of Norcross was charged with keeping a place of prostitution.
Jordan and Sandve were each booked in to the Fulton County Jail March 17 and were both released the following day on a $2,000 bond. Steely was also booked into the Jail on March 17 on the misdemeanor charge, but was released on the same day on a $1,500 bond, jail records show.
Holland said Roswell police have made arrests at the same location. However, it was previously operating under the name River Spa when the first raid occurred. After the second arrest, she noted the spa appears to have been open again.
