Gate City Brewing’s Alive in Roswell is a free, family-friendly festival held concurrently on Canton Street, at Historic Roswell Town Square, and at Roswell City Hall's Faces of War Memorial.

The festival features live bands, food trucks, hundreds of interactive vendors, and kids’ games and entertainment. It also includes participation from the surrounding boutiques, small businesses and restaurants.

This year for the first time, an interactive zone will be hosted by several of Roswell's fitness, sports, and other physical activity providers. The city's Recreation, Parks, Historic, and Cultural Affairs Department will also offer a different program each month, and festival-goers will be invited to participate in activities and demonstrations.

This is also the first year that the festival has had a presenting sponsor to enhance this event.

“We have considered introducing a named sponsor to enhance this tremendously successful event," said Tom LaDow, executive director of Atlanta Plays It Forward, a nonprofit organization that hosts the festival in conjunction with the city. "Gate City, whose brew house, taproom, and event space are always ‘Alive in Roswell,' is a perfect fit."

Brian Borngesser, co-founder of Gate City Brewing, said the company is "honored" to take part in this popular festival.

“Alive in Roswell quickly became a city staple that my family and I loved to attend," he added. "Gate City welcomes this exciting opportunity to present an event whose commitment to the Roswell community mirrors our own."
