Ancestry Class Starts July 14 in Roswell
The genealogy course led by Sue Verhoef will be held on 8 consecutive Thursday evenings at Barrington Hall.

Roswell, GA -- Next week, Barrington Hall kick off its course designed to help you trace your roots.
Tracing Your Ancestry – a genealogy course led by one of Atlanta History Center’s senior archivists Sue Verhoef – will begin July 14.
The course will be held on eight consecutive Thursday evenings from July 14 to Sept. 1. Verhoef, who has been researching her own family history for more than 30 years, has presented genealogy workshops for many groups and institutions.

Verhoef is a senior archivist with the Kenan Research Center at the Atlanta History Center, as well as an adjunct professor at the University of West Georgia where she teaches United States history classes in Newnan and Carrollton.
The cost of the course is $125 per person. The dates for the course are July 14, 21, and 28; August 4, 11, 19, and 25; and Sept. 1 from 7 to 9 p.m.
