Boy, 4, Drowns At Apartment Complex Pool: Roswell Police
A boy was found unresponsive Saturday after a family member pulled him out of the pool at Park 83 Apartments, according to Roswell police.
ROSWELL, GA — A 4-year-old boy died Saturday after drowning in a pool at a Roswell apartment complex, police said.
Officers received multiple calls around 8:30 p.m. about a drowning at the Park 83 Apartments, located in the 100 block of Calibre Creek Parkway.
The boy was pulled from the pool by a family member, police said. When officers arrived he was unresponsive. They said they attempted to render aid before the boy was transported to a local hospital.

"The child was transported by AMR to a local hospital, but did not survive," Roswell Police said.
Multiple families were at a social gathering at a clubhouse located near the pool, investigators said. At some point, the boy went missing. He was later found inside the pool, officials said.

"At this time it appears to be a heartbreaking accident,” police said.
The child’s name hasn’t been released yet.
