Bulloch Hall To Host Black History Month Exhibit
Bulloch Hall will host an exhibit called Seldom Told Tales of Those Who Served during February in honor of Black History Month.

ROSWELL, GA - From The City of Roswell: Bulloch Hall’s Black History Month exhibit, entitled Seldom Told Tales of Those Who Served honors people who served the Bulloch family and who are now remembered in letters and historic documents. The exhibit will open at Bulloch Hall on Feb. 8 and continue during the month of February 2018. Enslaved Luke Monroe and Grace Robinson worked and lived in south Georgia, then Roswell as the property of James and Martha Bulloch. After emancipation, both remained in the Roswell area, owned land, and raised families and became part of Roswell’s legacy. Learn about them and other enslaved people at Bulloch Hall. In conjunction with the exhibit, on Feb. 7 author C.M. Huddleston will speak on Bulloch’s enslaved population and her new book, Leah’s Story, a fictional account of an enslaved woman’s life.
