On Saturday, April 25th at Perimeter Mall, thousands of individuals who have been affected by pancreatic cancer including survivors, caregivers, family members, friends and loved ones will come together to walk, raising awareness and funds for the world’s toughest cancer. WSB-TV's Mark Winne will emcee the event and food trucks will be available. This family-friendly event is open to all ages. Register for FREE today at purplestride.org/atlanta.  Continue the fun after the event at the Lazy Dog Perimeter. A portion of proceeds will go to PanCAN.

Shamanic journeys are a tool used by many cultures to help you connect with your guides in the spirit realms. Valuable insights can be gleaned from their direction. 
Each month we will be having a Healing Shamanic Journey followed by channeled messages for each person there. 
We will first travel to the lower world, into Mother Earth’s realm to meet with each of the elements and receive healing. As the journey ends, we will remain in silence while I channel messages for each of you.

Red Seal Craft Studio

Join us for a hands-on pottery workshop where you’ll create your own ceramic dish perfect for holding jewelry, trinkets, or other small keepsakes. In this beginner-friendly class, you’ll shape and decorate a clay dish approximately the size of a medium plate. Add texture, patterns, and decorative details to create a piece that is custom made by you! 
No pottery experience is required. All materials are included. 
Important Notes:
-After the workshop, your piece will be taken by the instructor to dry and be kiln fired. Finished pieces will return to the studio and must be picked up on Thursday, May 21, 2026. The studio does not have storage space.
-Because pottery is a natural material that undergoes a high-temperature firing process, minor cracking or breakage may occur during drying or firing.
-Before selecting the date, update the quantity to reflect the total number of crafters in your group.

This class will enrich your yoga experience by using a chair in fun and creative ways.
Participants will engage in a full array of poses at different level of intensity.
What can chair yoga do for you?
- Help you mitigate the challenges posed by injury, temporary or more permanent;
- Allow breaking down difficult yoga poses making them approachable step by step;
- Provide additional intensity especially when working the core muscles.
Learn chair-based yoga so you can still enjoy a well-balanced practice even when you cannot unroll your mat, while traveling, dealing with injuries, or being confined in the office.
Daniela Simina is a Yoga Alliance certified teacher, with international background in yoga, different modalities of energetic rebalancing, and martial arts. Daniela has over 20 years of experience teaching classes and contributing to yoga teacher training programs. 
She is the author&nbsp;of the AnyChair Yoga book and her articles are featured in “Mind, Body, Green”, “The Elephant Journal”, and “Holistic Horse” publications.
