Start your Moon Cycle in a state of deep rest. This 60-minute sound bath is designed to gently reset the nervous system through crystal singing bowls and intuitive sound. We'll begin with light breathwork or a grounding meditation to settle the body, followed by a restorative sound immersion to release stress and tension.
