The Summer Solstice marks a radiant turning point. It’s the height of light, energy, and vitality. This special evening is a celebration of that brilliance. It invites you to reconnect with joy, expansion, and the natural rhythm of the season.
You’ll enter a softly glowing space designed to evoke warmth, wonder, and a sense of play. Gentle movement, light-filled elements, and shared moments of connection create an uplifting atmosphere before we settle into stillness.
You’ll be invited to engage with the energy of joy and intention, reminding us that healing can feel light, expansive, and even playful.
From there, you’ll be guided into a calming meditation and an immersive sound bath with crystal singing bowls and instruments. Their frequencies support deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and a return to inner clarity.
The evening will close with a gentle integration and a small seasonal keepsake, a glowing orb that symbolizes the light you carry forward.
Whether you come to celebrate, restore, or simply enjoy a magical summer evening, this experience offers a beautiful space to reconnect with yourself.
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and anything else that will help you feel comfortable and supported. Extras will be provided if needed.
