Guided Forest Bathing is an opportunity to connect with Nature and experience CNC in a new way. During this gently 2 ½ hour ramble, we will balance wandering with rest, facilitated group gatherings, and solo time. Your guide will offer invitations, or suggestions, for safely engaging with Nature through our senses: sight, hearing, touch, taste, and smell. We will also learn about how a CNC animal uses its senses in the forest. With no expectations or goals, this is an opportunity to slow down, unplug, destress, and practice presence in the moment. Tyler offers a wide variety of classical and pop musical selections, from Bach to the Beatles, for every part of your wedding- prelude music, ceremony music, and cocktail hour.
