The candidate in this position is responsible for management, sales, budgeting and planning of our rental program and management of special events.

This position requires a detail oriented individual capable of responding quickly to inquiries for our venue and generating a profit on this line of business.

This position is responsible for marketing, selling, organizing and planning multiple onsite events while maintaining our guidelines and policies. They will plan, coordinate and communicate all logistical details for rental and special events with the client and vendors and communicate effectively with our staff to assure successful events. They will schedule, hire and train event and host staff to execute events.

This job will require working some weekends, evenings and holidays. The individual should have great customer service skills and a past history of building guest/customer programs. A minimum of two years related experience and familiarity with sales, catering, use of space, time and event management skills, and Microsoft office suite as well as database systems is required.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with health insurance and 401K benefits.
