'A Christmas Carol' Returns To Bulloch Hall on Friday

This year marks the fourth year the play will be performed at the historic Roswell home.

The beloved holiday tale, A Christmas Carol, returns to Bulloch Hall starting Friday, Dec. 12.

This year marks the fourth year the play will be performed at the Roswell historic home and the 20th consecutive year that local actor, Brink Miller, will perform as Scrooge.

Presented by local director Wally Hinds, Bulloch Hall’s rendition of A Christmas Carol will be performed in an intimate setting using six actors to portray all the familiar characters of Charles Dickens’ story.

All performances will take place in the historic home’s Osage Terrace Room on the following dates:

  • Dec. 12, 18, 19 and 23 – 8 p.m.
  • Dec. 13, 14, 20 and 21 – 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Miller began his run as Scrooge at the Village Playhouse in 1995. He then performed the role with The Kudzu Playhouse starting in 2002 and then with The Kudzu Players at Bulloch Hall starting in 2011.

He began his acting career in Roswell at the Village Playhouse in 1995 in a production of Heaven Can Wait, directed by Wally Hinds. Miller and Hinds have been doing A Christmas Carol together ever since.

Miller lives with his wife in Alpharetta and is executive vice president of American Environmental Services and Construction Services, Inc.

Tickets are $15/each and reservations are required, as seating is limited.
