City: Expect Delays In Yard Waste Removal

The city of Roswell said the recent inclement weather has led to a large amount of waste being placed curbside for pickup.

ROSWELL, GA -- The recent inclement weather that moved into Roswell last week has led to a large amount of yard waste being placed curbside throughout the city. This, unsurprisingly, is causing delays in pickup from Advanced Disposal, Roswell's contracted vendor.

While they are adding more crews to their ranks, the city is advising residents to expect delays over the next few weeks. Roswell is asking customers to place yard waste at the curb and leave it there until it can be picked up.
